Mud Control Example

Problem muddy area of high traffic, roof runoff and low lying area

Begin by grading soil and digging trenches where needed

Begin filling trenches (french drain) and leveling with gravel

Install grid over gravel base

Fill installed grid with a small porous material

Cut grids to fit irregular areas - save all excess as it is probably reusable

Use a board and/or masking tape to mark cuts

Continue trimming, installing and filling the project area

The finished area is ready for hoof traffic, foot traffic or vehical/machinery traffic!
